1. Sun City West
“Only generally recognized household pets” are allowed, and Maricopa County leash laws apply. Two dog parks at R.H. Johnson (an All Dog Park and a Small Dog Park) for rec-card holders. RCSCW warns that coyotes will go after small pets.
2. Sun City Grand (now The Grand)
Association-owned dog park. Dogs must be registered with the Activities Department, wear a park tag and have a current county license or rabies certificate. Dogs must be leashed in the Village Center and common areas.
3. Happy Trails Resort
Up to two pets per lot, registered at the Main Office. Leash required outside. Off-leash Happy Tails Dog Park in Town Center.
4. PebbleCreek
Dog park open dawn to dusk for residents and guests (opened 2015). Per the HOA rules (April 2024 version), pets must be leashed or in a fenced yard and aren't allowed on golf courses, in pool areas or in facility buildings. contact Greg for current figures on current rules.
5. Sun City
RCSC runs the Duffeeland Dog Park (14610 N Del Webb Blvd).
6. Arizona Traditions
Up to 3 pets (per the HOA FAQ).
7. Westbrook Village
Household pets allowed. Pets must be leashed in common areas. Dog runs need approval: up to 200 sq ft and attached to the house.
8. Sterling Grove

10. Sun Village
