CantaMia is the 55+ community inside Estrella, the lake-oriented master plan at the foot of the Sierra Estrella mountains in Goodyear. Residents get their own gated neighborhood and Village Center, plus access to Estrella's lakes, parks and trails.
Like Victory at Verrado, CantaMia has two association fees: the CantaMia community assessment plus an Estrella master fee. One-time resale fees run on the higher side, so budget for both.
