PebbleCreek is one of Robson's flagship Arizona communities: two guard-gated sides, Eagle's Nest and Tuscany Falls, joined by a tunnel under PebbleCreek Parkway. One HOA covers amenities on both sides.
It's big and busy, with 54 holes of golf, two fitness centers, a performing arts center and one of the largest pickleball setups in any Arizona 55+ community.
Please note: Prices, HOA/recreation fees and age rules change, often every year. Figures below were gathered in October 2026 from the sources listed at the bottom of this page. Verify everything in the official resale disclosure packet before relying on it. Where we couldn't verify a figure, we say so.
