Corte Bella is a boutique alternative to the big Sun Cities: 1,650 homes behind a staffed gate, tree-lined streets, Italian cypress, courtyards and fountains, with a championship golf course at the center.
It's often confused with Sun City West because of the address, but it's a separate community with its own HOA. Its golf club is privately owned and run separately from the HOA.
Please note: Prices, HOA/recreation fees and age rules change, often every year. Figures below were gathered in October 2026 from the sources listed at the bottom of this page. Verify everything in the official resale disclosure packet before relying on it. Where we couldn't verify a figure, we say so.
