Nearby, but not verified as 55+: Regent Hills in Verrado (Buckeye)
Regent Hills is a gated, luxury neighborhood in the Verrado master plan. David Weekley Homes' Alta at Verrado Regent Hills lists plans from $951,990 (builder site, Oct 2026), and Pulte's Regent Hills Enchantment Series lists from $984,990. Neither builder page we checked describes Regent Hills as age-restricted, though 55places lists Alta at Verrado Regent Hills as a 55+ community. Ask Greg to confirm the CC&R age rules before you treat it as 55+. Verrado's verified 55+ district is Victory at Verrado.
Buying new: Greg's checklist
- Bring your own agent on your first visit or registration. Many builders won't add an agent later.
- Compare the base price plus lot premium plus options against nearby resales with finished yards and window coverings.
- Ask for the HOA budget and how dues change as amenities open (for example, Ridgecrest's club is planned for 2027).
- Get an independent inspection before drywall and before closing, even on a new home.
