Trilogy Ridgecrest is Shea Homes' newest West Valley 55+ community: a smaller “boutique” Trilogy of 414 homes in the hills of Northpointe at Vistancia, about a mile north of the sold-out Trilogy at Vistancia.
It's new construction, and the centerpiece Open™ Wellness + Social Club is still being built (planned for 2027, per Shea). Early buyers get new homes and builder options, but they'll live with construction and use a temporary off-site gym until the club opens.
