Based on the dated, sourced facts on our community pages. Every buyer weighs these differently.

Nearby, just east: PebbleCreek (guard-gated, Goodyear) and CantaMia (Goodyear). See 55+ communities in Goodyear AZ. Regent Hills in Verrado is a newer neighborhood we haven't verified as age-restricted.

About 55+ age rules (HOPA): Age-restricted communities operate under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act. It generally requires at least 80% of occupied homes to have at least one resident 55 or older, and each community sets its own rules in its CC&Rs. Ownership is open to anyone; occupancy rules are what's restricted. Confirm the current rules with the HOA before you buy.

  • You want mountain views and desert trails close to home
  • You are comfortable with a longer drive to central Phoenix
  • You want golf nearby without necessarily paying for it in your dues (Sundance)

These are general fit notes based on the sourced facts on this page, not a recommendation about who should live anywhere. Every community is open to any qualified buyer under fair housing law.
